The characteristics of the G-coat layer

• Prevent from being corroded by the electricity and chemicals

After being sprayed by the type of JISZ2371 salt water about 500 hours, it is not corroded.

• Appearance

The surface is plate and smooth without bump, pin hole, granule and some others.

• Resist to the liquid corrosion

Such as the oil, the toluene, the butyl alcohol and the other corrosive liquid.

• Heat Resistance

Under the circumstance of 160°C, it can last for sixty days, while the temperature raises to 250°C~270°C, it can also last for four hours.

• The Thickness of the Layer

The range of the thickness is from 0.005mm~0.015mm

• The Adhesiveness

The G-coat layer has the performance of ductility and adhesiveness without crack, when faces the expanding and shrinking of the metal or the physical bumping.
